We just received our Shopify Silver award for hitting 100,000 lifetime orders.
The crazy part? By the time the physical plaque actually made it to our office, we were already closing in on 200,000.
Looking at this award is a humbling reminder of what it took to get here. Sourcing products, packing boxes late into the night, replying to thousands of messages, and figuring out logistics. We didn't start with big investments or massive resources. We started with ambition and a stubborn refusal to quit.
Those first 100,000 orders taught us that you don't build a lasting business overnight. You build it one delivery at a time. We made our fair share of mistakes along the way, but the customers who forgave us, kept coming back, and told their friends are the reason Urban Beauty is where it is today.
