This is my 2nd time ordering Lichen hair color. The product was genuine and delivered as expected.
However, the confirmation process was a bit CONFUSING. I confirmed the order through the official email, but after about 11 hours I also received another WhatsApp message from an unknown number to confirm again, which caused a one-day delay. Other than that, everything was good:)

First time, I ordered a Lichen Black Hair Color Shampoo 200ml x 2 = 400ml (Pack of 2) Large from Urban Beauty, and I received it in excellent quality. I will definitely recommend it to others and plan to purchase it again myself in the future.
One suggestion I would like to make is to add a proper tracking system or a clear delivery time frame once the order is placed. It would make the purchasing process even more convenient by letting customers know when to expect their delivery.
Other than that, my first experience with Urban Beauty was the excellent:)
